It’s that time of year again when we recruit for talented young fellers to be a part of this our baby. Come join us for Spring semester!
This year we’re taking two kinds of people: those who like to listen and make others listen, and those who like to write and force their opinions upon others.
That’s right! You can either be a DJ, a blogger, or both. Deal?
If you like good music and want to create something good for everyone, put in your application!
If you can identify with any of the following, think twice about applying, please!:
- The only local band I like is Flyleaf…and I knew them before they were popular.
- I think bands such as Spoon, Radiohead and Rilo Kiley are, like, super underground.
- “I like EVERY kind of music!”
- I will only play Pink Floyd and the Foo Fighters. And I will do this every week for a whole semester.
- I will leave my fake nails in the station.
- I cannot tell the difference between something that is ‘Top 40′ or ‘commercial radio-esque’ and something that is college radio friendly.
- I’m not interested in knowing more music than the things I already listen to.
