As if a guitar, bass, trumpet, organ, saxophone, piano and go-go dancer are not enough, King Khan and the Shrines are highly noted for their sensational, scantily clad vocalist, King Khan. No words do them justice but King Khan and the Shrines are described as a psychedelic/soul rock band known for their bizarre (and when we say bizarre, we mean it), mind-warping live performances. If you dig high-energy shows that’ll leave you sore for days, from dancing that is, and the sounds of the 60’s with racier lyrics and perverse humor, you do not want to miss this.

Also playing with King Khan and the Shrines is one of our favorites, Jacuzzi Boys, a racket-making trio from Miami. The Jacuzzi Boys are a raw, garage rock/punk band who are gaining quite the following.

Both of these cool acts will be at Sons of Hermann Hall this Monday, February 6th.
